Are you a data-driven digital marketer ready to take ownership of paid advertising campaigns across major platforms? We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager to design, launch, and manage targeted campaigns that drive measurable business results in the insurance and risk management industry.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Review and optimize running campaigns to maximize ROAS and craft meaningful retargeting campaigns for qualified leads.
Collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager to align ad campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and priorities.
Monitor campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve effectiveness.
Provide clear and consistent reporting to stakeholders on campaign results, insights, and opportunities.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads to manage campaigns effectively.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Hands-on experience managing ad spend and making strategic adjustments in real time.
Proven success in creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversion across every stage of the marketing funnel.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you’ll be working hand-in-hand with our Marketing Manager.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
